Full-Stack Engineer (React Native Heavy)

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient mobile applications using React Native.
Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and business logic into mobile apps.
Design and implement smooth, performant UI components and navigation flows.
Optimize applications for maximum performance across iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in full-stack or mobile web development.
Strong proficiency in
React Native
for cross-platform mobile development.
Understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, and render cycles.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Practical hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering, leveraging Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent developer-AI tools.
Solid understanding of LLM context design, tool integration, and code-generation workflows.
Ability to effectively decompose complex mobile features into AI-assisted development tasks, accelerating delivery without sacrificing code quality.
Familiarity with prompt chaining, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based workflows as applied to real product features.
Comfort working in a hybrid development model where AI tools handle boilerplate and scaffolding, while the developer focuses on architecture, review, and edge cases.

Experience with back-end development using
Node.js
