About the role
We are looking for a Flutter developer to support and maintain an existing production mobile application. The product is already live and used by a paying client, so the focus is on stability, bug fixing, and small improvements.
This is
a low-commitment, part-time role (a few hours per month)
, ideal as a side project.
What you’ll work on
Maintain and support an existing Flutter app
Fix bugs and make small UI/logic improvements
Work with backend APIs and socket-based communication
Handle minor updates (dependencies, small changes in API, etc.)
Tech stack
Flutter / Dart
REST APIs
Sockets (real-time communication)
iOS / Android
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter
Experience working with existing (legacy) codebases
Understanding of socket-based communication (WebSockets or similar)
Solid debugging skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good written English
Nice to have
Mobile development background (iOS/Android)
Experience with SDK integrations (camera, etc.)
Experience updating Flutter/Dart versions
Working conditions
Fully remote, async work
