About the role:
We’re looking for a
hands-on Python Engineer
to take ownership of
production support
for a B2B e-commerce platform.
This is
not a feature development role
- the focus is on
support, troubleshooting, and system stability
.

The role combines:
~60% hands-on ticket resolution
~40% coordination and client communication
You’ll be working closely with a distributed team and directly with the client.

What you’ll do:
Resolve
support tickets and production issues
Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis
Make small fixes in the existing Django codebase
Ensure system stability and reliability
Help distribute and prioritize tickets within the team
Support teammates when they are blocked
Communicate with the client regarding issues and progress

What we expect:
2+ years of experience with
Python (Django)
Understanding of
Django ORM / APIs
Working knowledge of
SQL
Experience with
production support / troubleshooting
English
B2+
(you’ll communicate with the client)
Strong communication skills and ownership

Important:
English level B2+ and higher
High level of ownership and accountability
Ability to handle critical production incidents
Stress resilience
