Why join?
You’ll work on unique challenges in a fast-moving space where many problems have no existing solutions.
You'll work in a startup environment with a flexible, open work culture that prioritizes autonomy, initiative, and ownership. No micromanagement.
Work remotely with flexible hours and PTO.
All our code is Open Source!
Responsibilities:
Design and build key components of our MPC network, the foundation software powering Sig.Network.
Provide leadership in Rust development practices, code reviews, and architecture
Collaborate with cryptographers, software engineers, and product owners
Investigate and refactor performance bottlenecks to continue scaling the system
Key Requirements:
Strong system architecture skills
Extensive experience in software development, with a strong focus on Rust
Experience with distributed systems

Proven track record of leading engineering teams or projects
Deep understanding of systems programming, memory management, and concurrency
Demonstrated expertise in optimizing system performance and efficiency
Ability to lead and implement advanced testing and performance tracking infrastructure

Experience implementing cryptographic protocols
Mathematical and cryptographic (ECDSA, EDDSA) aptitude
Experience developing MPC systems
Experience working with indexers
Experience writing smart contracts
Familiarity with JS/TS
Experience with penetration testing
Join us in shaping the future of decentralized technology and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the multichain ecosystem.
