Description
We are looking for an experienced Art Producer to lead production planning and execution for the Art department on our new project.
You will be responsible for scheduling, resource planning, cross-department coordination, and ensuring that art deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills, production expertise, and the ability to align creative vision with technical and business constraints
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in game production, including 2+ years supporting Art teams
Experience working on
mid-size
or AAA game projects
Strong understanding of real-time game art pipelines
Experience working with Unreal Engine projects (UE4 and UE5)
Proven ability to manage schedules across multiple art disciplines (environment, characters, VFX, UI, etc.)
Experience with Agile/Scrum or similar development methodologies
Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
Experience using production tracking tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance quality, scope, and deadlines
Responsibilities:
Production planning for the Art department
Build and maintain art roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestone schedules
Partner with Art Director, Tech Art Director, and Design/Engineering leads
Track asset progress and manage dependencies
Identify production risks and proactively mitigate them
Monitor team capacity and resource allocation
Facilitate daily/weekly syncs and cross-team communication
Ensure alignment between creative goals and technical constraints
Support outsourcing coordination
Maintain clear visibility for stakeholders and executive leadership
