Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead both internal and client-facing projects in a dynamic outsourcing environment.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing IT projects in outsourcing / outstaffing companies, feels comfortable working with international clients, and can efficiently coordinate several projects in parallel.
The position is hybrid — we expect regular presence in our Kyiv office
(2-3
days per week).
About the role
Manage international client projects in Web, Mobile, SaaS, and AI-related domains
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders
Coordinate delivery processes across multiple teams and projects
Own the full project lifecycle — from planning and kickoff to delivery and support
Balance delivery quality, timelines, team workload, and client expectations
Build strong communication between clients and internal teams
Responsibilities
Manage
2-3
client projects simultaneously (depending on project scale and complexity)
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal delivery teams
Define project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Plan and track project progress, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
Organize and facilitate team communication, meetings, and status updates
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and proactively resolve delivery issues
Maintain project documentation, reports, roadmaps, and estimations
Monitor team workload and delivery efficiency
Collaborate with management on process improvements and operational coordination
Requirements
4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in outsourcing / outstaffing companies
Strong understanding of software development processes and SDLC
Experience managing multiple client projects in parallel
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working directly with international clients
Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written & spoken)
Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools
Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Ability to work from the Kyiv office

Technical background or previous hands-on technical experience
Experience with SaaS, Web, Mobile, or AI-driven products
Experience in outsourcing / service-based environments
Understanding of delivery management and resource planning
