Role Purpose
Ensure physical quality control at every stage of production — from incoming component inspection through final testing of FPV drones and fiber optic spools — in accordance with approved standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Incoming & In-Process Control
Inspect components and materials from suppliers against technical specifications
Monitor solder quality, electronics assembly, and mechanical sub-assemblies on the production line
Identify and document defects in components and finished products
Testing & Measurement
Operate measurement equipment and monitor its condition and calibration status
Calibrate sensors according to established procedures
Documentation & Reporting
Complete SPC control charts and inspection logs
Record defects with failure type classification (mechanical, electronic, firmware)
Participate in internal quality audits under the guidance of the QA Manager
Requirements
Secondary technical or higher education in electronics, mechanical engineering, or aerospace
Prior experience in manufacturing or quality control is preferred; strong technical aptitude is considered
Practical knowledge of electronics assembly and mechanical processes
Ability to operate basic measurement tools: multimeter, calipers, etc.
Strong attention to detail and visual defect detection skills
Basic familiarity with ISO 9001, 5S methodology, or SPC principles is a plus
