About Grade.app
Grade.app is an ERP system for IT companies and digital agencies (10–500 employees) that helps manage finances, teams and operational processes all in one place.
We already have a steady stream of leads (from marketing, partners and outbound), and now we need someone to turn those leads into revenue.
Responsibilities
Execute manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure product quality and reliability
Create, maintain, and update test cases, checklists, and test documentation
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools
Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to clarify requirements and improve product quality
Participate in sprint activities, including planning, grooming, and retrospectives
Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release
Contribute to improving QA processes and testing practices
Requirements
Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development processes
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to clearly document issues and communicate findings
Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, browser dev tools)
Experience with test management or bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) is a plus
Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA field
