We are looking for a
Senior DevOps Engineer
to join a fast-growing
fintech / crypto product
with a high-load, real-time infrastructure.
This role is ideal for an engineer who is not only comfortable maintaining production systems, but also capable of
designing, scaling, and securing complex infrastructure
. You will play a key role in shaping platform architecture, improving reliability, and driving DevSecOps practices across the organization.
You will work with
production-critical systems
, complex CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, and modern observability stacks in a rapidly evolving product.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize
high-availability and scalable infrastructure
Administer and manage
Kubernetes clusters
(networking, security, scaling)
Implement and maintain
Infrastructure as Code
(Terraform, Ansible)
Build and support
CI/CD pipelines
(GitLab, GitOps workflows)
Manage GitLab runners and deployment processes
Administer and optimize
Linux-based systems
(Debian / Ubuntu)
Work with databases:
PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, InfluxDB
Support
Kafka and event-driven architecture
Build and maintain
monitoring and observability systems
Configure and optimize
Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK Stack
Implement
security best practices and DevSecOps processes
Manage secrets and access (
HashiCorp Vault, SIEM tools
)
Optimize networking, load balancing, and infrastructure security
Requirements
5+ years of experience in
DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering
Strong experience with
high-load and scalable systems
Advanced hands-on experience with
Kubernetes
Solid experience with
Terraform and Ansible
Deep knowledge of
Linux systems
(Debian / Ubuntu, internals, hardening)
Experience with
databases
(PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, InfluxDB)
Experience supporting
Kafka
Strong experience with
GitLab CI/CD
(multi-stage pipelines, runners, GitOps)
Proficiency in scripting (
Python, Bash
)
Experience with
observability stack
(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki)
Strong understanding of
security and DevSecOps practices
Solid networking knowledge (
TCP/IP, Nginx, HAProxy, SDN
)
Experience with virtualization (
Proxmox or VMware ESXi
)
Nice to Have
Experience in
