Responsibilities
Support users (L1-L3)
Configure internal systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Maintain, troubleshoot & upgrade the network infrastructure
Install and maintain servers, devices and firewall
Monitor infrastructure
Ensure the smooth deployment of new SaaS applications
Configure & troubleshoot IDP, RBAC, Jira, GCP, AD (DC, NPS), Radius
Update technical documentation
Requirements
Experience and ownership:
3+ years iт SysAdmin role with strong onsite presence
Ability to be the primary IT owner for the Kyiv office day to day (walk-ups, incidents, projects), with structured escalation to the global Corp IT team
Strong hands-on troubleshooting across endpoints, identity, network, and AV
Endpoints and device lifecycle (macOS and Windows)
Strong macOS and Windows support skills, including diagnostics, OS upgrades, drivers, and common corporate apps
Experience managing macOS with Jamf (Jamf Pro preferred): enrollment, profiles, policies, patching, software deployment, FileVault
Experience managing Windows with Intune: enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployment, patching baselines
Full equipment lifecycle ownership: provisioning, enrollment, inventory, repairs/RMA, loaners, secure wipe, and disposal
Identity, access, and productivity tooling
Working knowledge of Okta: user lifecycle, group-based access, MFA troubleshooting, app assignments, and SSO troubleshooting
Google Workspace administration basics: user/group management and practical troubleshooting (login, email, permissions)
Atlassian tooling basics: Jira and Confluence user management, groups/permissions, and common access issues
Understanding of least-privilege access and clean access request handling
Office networking and infrastructure
Strong office network troubleshooting: LAN/WiFi issues, switch port basics, AP troubleshooting, DHCP/DNS symptoms, VPN client issues
Familiarity with firewalls (FortiGate preferred): user VPN troubleshooting, basic policy understanding, and collaboration with network owners
Understanding of VPN concepts
Security and IT hygiene
Good security instincts: phishing awareness, safe handling of credentials, device security baselines, patching urgency, and incident discipline
Communication and collaboration
Good English for documentation and coordination with the global team
Service-oriented mindset, clear updates, and ability to handle interruptions while keeping control of priorities
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with certificate-based access concepts and auth integrations such as SCEP, AD, LDAP, RADIUS
Basic scripting/automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python) to reduce manual setup and speed up repetitive tasks
Familiarity with public cloud concepts used in corporate tooling (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable), especially IAM and networking basics
Experience supporting printers, access control vendors, and office buildouts/refreshes
