Responsibilities:
Work on subscription/ads/in-app LTV prediction services
Ensure efficiency, reliability, explainability and observability in ML pipelines
Build and maintain ETL workflows, querying large tables
Detect anomalies, data drifts, prediction shifts; partner with User Acquisition managers on investigations
Collaborate with data engineers on data quality issues detection
Participate in generative AI projects
Requirements:
Hands-on with Machine Learning modelling, good understanding of ML fundamentals
Proficiency in Python software engineering (parallel/asynchronous computing, unit-testing, CI/CD, etc.)
Solid grounding in statistics and experimental design
Advanced SQL, comfort working with large datasets
Experience with ETL workflows and scheduling pipelines (e.g. Airflow)
Would be a plus:
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data visualisation
Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks platform
Experience building REST APIs and working with real-time streaming data
Recommendation systems, NLP/LLMs or other generative AI experience
Subscription-based product data familiarity

Excellent communication skills — able to clearly convey tech insights to non-technical stakeholders
