We are looking for a
AI Engineer
to help us build and scale AI features in our e-commerce platform and develop LLM-based solutions in production.
What you will do:
Design and develop RAG pipelines to work with internal data (product catalog, customer data, operational data)
Build AI agents to automate business workflows (customer support, merchandising, order processing)
Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) into existing services and microservice-based architecture
Work on fine-tuning / adapting models for domain-specific tasks
Define and improve approaches to evaluation, prompt engineering, and response quality
Optimize AI solutions for latency, cost, and performance
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI features
What we are looking for:
6+ years of software engineering experience, with 1–2+ years of practical experience in AI/LLM (must have)
Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, prompt engineering)
Understanding of embeddings and semantic search principles
Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone, or similar)
Strong Python skills for AI/ML-related tasks
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
English level: B2 (must be able to communicate fluently during client interviews) and fluency in Ukrainian

Nice to have:
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.)
Practical experience evaluating LLM systems
Experience with AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.)
Experience optimizing AI systems in production
Experience in the e-commerce domain
