Responsibilities
Oversee and manage

projects in web and mobile development
Communicate with clients
regularly to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(developers, designers, QA, DevOps, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
Define project
scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
in alignment with business objectives
Proactively identify risks
and ensure mitigation strategies are in place
Track project progress
and maintain transparency with stakeholders
Report
any roadblocks or deviations
from the plan to company management.
Ensure
high-quality deliverables
that meet client expectations
Promote
agile best practices
and implement necessary process improvements

Requirements
2+ years of experience
managing software development projects, preferably in SaaS and mobile applications
B2+ in
English
(spoken and written)
Strong
leadership skills
—able to
influence, motivate, and align teams
toward a common goal
Excellent communication skills
—comfortable working with
international clients
and diverse teams
Deep understanding of
agile methodologies
(Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and ability to adapt processes to fit project needs
Problem-solving mindset
—able to identify risks and take decisive actions to keep projects on track
Experience managing
budgets, resources, and timelines
effectively
Technical understanding of
web and mobile development
(not necessarily coding, but knowing how things work)
Ability to
analyze project metrics
and make data-driven decisions

Nice to Have
Previous experience in an
outsourcing company
Understanding of
DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud technologies
Knowledge of
AI-based applications
and modern software trends
Familiarity with OpenAI API and AI-driven solutions
