We are looking for a Middle Analyst to join an analytics project for a US-based logistics company.

Power BI
Data analysis / reporting
Dashboard building
Working with operational and business metrics
SQL will be a plus

Responsibilities:
Analyze timesheet and project data to generate actionable insights
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports
Build and maintain dashboards to track support metrics and performance trends
Monitor key metrics, identify significant changes, and proactively highlight insights
Support recurring reporting processes in line with established schedules
Collaborate closely with clients and internal business teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance

Requirements
3–5+ years of experience
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
Ability to analyze datasets, identify trends, and detect anomalies
Experience in building and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards
Comfortable working with both ad-hoc analysis and ongoing operational reporting
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
English level: Upper-intermediate/Advanced

Nice to Have
Knowledge of SQL
