We are looking for a Billing Manager to support and maintain the stability of our payment infrastructure across multiple markets. This role is focused on operational excellence, payment provider management, monitoring key payment metrics, and ensuring a seamless deposit and withdrawal experience for players.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in iGaming payments operations, understands payment flows, PSP integrations, and knows how to quickly identify and resolve issues affecting payment performance.
This is a highly operational role, requiring strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to independently manage relationships with payment providers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the performance and availability of all payment methods and providers
Track key payment metrics, identify anomalies, and proactively investigate issues
Communicate directly with PSPs and payment providers regarding incidents, technical issues, and operational matters
Manage day-to-day relationships with payment partners
Participate in negotiations regarding commercial terms, fees, limits, and operational conditions with payment providers
Investigate and resolve payment-related issues impacting player experience
Coordinate with Product, Support, CRM, Risk, and Technical teams to ensure smooth payment operations
Monitor deposit and withdrawal success rates and identify opportunities for improvement
Escalate and follow up on provider-side issues until resolution
Maintain payment documentation, provider records, and operational reports
Support onboarding of new payment methods and providers when required

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Billing, Payments Operations, Payments Management, Fintech Operations, or a similar role within iGaming
Strong understanding of payment processing flows, PSPs, acquiring, withdrawals, and transaction lifecycles
Experience working directly with payment providers and managing operational communication
Ability to analyze payment performance metrics and identify root causes of issues
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Experience working with payment dashboards, reporting systems, and operational monitoring tools
Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and resolve issues with minimal supervision
Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Experience with SoftSwiss Casino Platform
Experience with GR8 Tech platform
Experience supporting LATAM markets
Existing network of payment providers and PSP contacts
Experience onboarding and managing local payment methods
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience working with BI tools and reporting platforms
