QA/AI testing
We're looking for a detail-obsessed AI QA Tester to own quality across our AI-driven financial products. You'll test not just for bugs, but for correctness, fairness, and reliability in a domain where precision matters. This is a hands-on role: you'll design test cases, catch edge cases humans miss, and work directly with engineers and product managers to ship with confidence.
Details:
Schedule: Full time remote
Location: Ukraine/EU
Start: ASAP
English: Fluent
Project: Fintech
This is a hands-on QA role responsible for monitoring the full product line. You will be the person who catches issues before users do — broken buttons, missing notifications, logic gaps in user flows, and inconsistencies between admin and clientfacing interfaces. You will report directly to the Product Owner and CTO.
What You’ll Do
Perform end-to-end manual testing across the entire platform: all features, buttons, forms, and flows
Test admin panel functionality — user management, bank onboarding, configurations, and notifications
Validate user flows and business logic: verify the platform behaves correctly from the user’s perspective
Review logs and error reports to identify root causes and reproduce bugs
Test new releases and features before they go live; regression test existing functionality
Read and review code where needed to understand expected behavior and trace issues
Document bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, environment details, and severity
Report findings to the Product Owner and development team; track issues through to resolution
Build and maintain test cases, checklists, and QA documentation
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of manual QA experience on a web or SaaS product
Strong understanding of user flows, product logic, and how frontend connects to backend
Ability to read code (JavaScript, SQL, or similar) to investigate issues — you don’t need to write it, but you need to understand it
Experience testing admin panels, APIs (REST), and notification/event-driven systems
Familiarity with log analysis and browser dev tools
Structured and detail-oriented: able to write clear, reproducible bug reports
Comfortable working directly with developers and product owners in a fastpaced startup
English proficiency sufficient for written communication (B1+)
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industry products
Exposure to AI-powered platforms or data-heavy products
Basic automation skills (Cypress, Playwright, or similar) — not required, but a plus
Experience working in ClickUp or similar task management tools
