Product that needs your engagement

Connectivity
— An enterprise B2B product at the intersection of AI and corporate data infrastructure. It enables organizations to securely connect modern AI agents and LLM-based assistants to their internal data sources — relational databases, data warehouses, and SaaS systems — while maintaining strict governance, access control, and auditability. The product is deployed on-premise within the customer’s infrastructure, which makes security, compliance, and admin experience first-class concerns alongside end-user value.

Your future team of professionals

You will be part of the Connectivity team and work with highly motivated professionals who are passionate about the project. You will collaborate with other .NET developers,  Product Owner, QA, and Support team.

Impact you will make

Product Management

Work closely with stakeholders to document business requirements, define user stories, and contribute to planning and execution
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX functionality, aligning with product vision and user needs
Verify requirements provided by a product management team and/or other stakeholders
Take part in preparing and prioritization of refactoring plans
Provide L3 support for clients (if applicable)
Project Management

Decompose complex tasks into achievable work items
Interact with other teams involved in product development to optimize processes
Keep sprint workloads in an actual state
People Management

Conduct coaching and mentoring activities to fulfill technical leadership for team members
Take part in technical interviews
Software Development

Implement features of any level of complexity
Design tests (unit, integration, etc.)
Foster high quality standards for software development among team members by applying best practices
Conduct research while accepting features for implementation, decompose features into subtasks, providing accurate estimates
In collaboration with Head of Engineering and Solution Architect, design and implement architectural solutions within a project
Deliver features for testing and provide consultations to QA team during feature verification
Conduct code reviews

Skills we are looking for

Deep knowledge and understanding of .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET and C#
Deep knowledge and understanding of OOP and OOD (including SOLID and GoF design patterns)
Deep knowledge and understanding of data structures
Good algorithmic basis
Experience with relational databases and SQL
Experience with VCS (Git preferred)
Knowledge and understanding of issues lifecycle
Knowledge of approaches and methods of task estimation and decomposition
Experience with ALM systems (Jira preferred)
Experience with knowledge bases (Confluence preferred)
Understanding of basic CI/CD principles, experience with CI systems (Jenkins preferred)
Understanding of SCRUM principles and values
Experience with Entity Framework
Experience with ADO.NET
Essential experience with WinForms, preferred expirience with DevExpress WinForms components
Preferred expirience with SSIS, COM interop, unmanaged code interop
