Workload
40 hours per week. Remote work. Hourly pay.
Responsibilities
Analyze and organize information for clarity and actionability
Assist in the coordination of team operations and workflows
Structure workspace and digital tools to boost team productivity
Help organize online/offline team events and meetings
Support daily executive communication, follow-ups, and research
Handle internal documentation, task systems, and call logistics
Respond to or initiate calls, when needed
Support task execution based on scripts or dynamic instructions

Required Skills
Ability to structure information and streamline workflows
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
High emotional intelligence and communicative clarity
Critical thinking and reliability
Strong desire to learn and grow intellectually
Tech-savviness and readiness to master new tools
Intermediate+ level of English (written and spoken)
Experience with: Notion, Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Telegram, and other digital tools
Ability to “read between the lines” and act proactively
Long-term commitment and alignment with our values
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as executive assistant, administrator, or in customer support
Experience working in tech or fast-paced remote teams
