We invite a Senior Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of new components within a large-scale fintech data platform in the private markets domain. In this role, you’ll coordinate one or several Scrum teams operating in a SAFe environment, helping ensure smooth execution, collaboration, and consistent delivery across a complex, multi-component platform.

4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments
Experience coordinating delivery across several Scrum teams
Experience working in complex, highly dependent environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work with technical teams and support delivery discussions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-changing environments
Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
Exposure to AI or blockchain-based projects
Familiarity with data platforms or complex, integration-heavy systems
Experience in fintech or private markets domains

Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll support one or several Scrum teams in a SAFe environment, helping ensure alignment, execution, and smooth delivery of platform components.
Coordinate delivery activities within one or several Scrum teams
Support collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams
Identify and resolve delivery blockers to enable timely delivery
Support sprint execution and quarterly PI planning activities
Assist in maintaining delivery processes and improving team collaboration
Work with stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
Support teams in managing priorities and changes in a complex environment
