Skills Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
Strong knowledge of project planning
Experience managing web development projects
Understanding of project documentation
Knowledge of methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
Experience with task tracking systems
Experience in an outsourcing company
Experience in gambling, betting, or casino-related projects will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
Plan and document project objectives, tasks, timelines, and work assignments
Define and track project success metrics
Assign tasks to team members (developers, designers, etc.)
Ensure full interaction with the development team
Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations
Participate in business analysis and creation of technical requirements (optional)
Manage projects in the betting and casino domain, considering its specifics (high-load systems, real-time data, user engagement, compliance requirements).
