We are looking for a proactive
Project & Operations Coordinator
to support project delivery and daily operations in the iGaming industry (online casino / betting).
Responsibilities
Support project planning and execution
Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate communication between teams (dev, product, marketing, design)
Monitor progress and follow up on tasks
Maintain project documentation and boards
Identify risks and escalate issues
Assist with reporting and status updates
Help improve processes and workflows
Requirements
1+ year in Project Coordination / Operations / Assistant PM
iGaming experience is a plus
Basic Agile/Scrum understanding
Strong organization and communication skills
Attention to detail and multitasking
English B2+
Tools
JIRA, Confluence, Asana / Trello, Google Docs
