About the Role
The Head of PM is a hybrid leadership position: you'll directly manage key client accounts, lead a team of Project Managers, build and own operational processes, and handle escalations when things go wrong. Your core responsibility is delivery quality across all client accounts and the overall health of client relationships.

What You'll Do
Personally own a portfolio of key client accounts (SEO, PPC, LSA); coordinate with specialists to ensure on-time delivery
Lead a team of 2–5 PMs: run 1:1s, give feedback, balance workloads, and support hiring & onboarding
Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and workflow documentation in Notion
Act as the primary escalation point in crisis situations — diagnose root causes fast and drive resolution
Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and coach PMs on client expansion conversations
Monitor client satisfaction signals, flag churn risks early, and manage at-risk accounts proactively

What We're Looking For
4+ years in a PM or Account Manager role at a digital marketing or SEO agency
2+ years in a lead or senior PM position
Experience working with US-based clients; HVAC / home services background is a strong plus
Solid understanding of SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and LSA delivery workflows
Strong English — confident in both written and verbal communication
Hands-on experience building SOPs and operational frameworks
Comfortable working with performance data, dashboards, and reporting
High emotional intelligence — able to de-escalate tension and maintain client trust
