Group107 is expanding its Project Management team in Lviv and is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of client projects across e-commerce, SaaS, and marketing domains. You will own end-to-end delivery, align cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes — scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple parallel client engagements (e-commerce, SaaS, marketing platforms)
Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
Plan resources, track progress, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers
Lead cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies
Communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
Own status reporting, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement
Ensure quality standards and timely delivery across all assigned projects
Required Skills
3+ years of project management experience in IT or software development
Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end projects
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects, or similar)
Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving mindset with a results-oriented approach
Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
Soft Skills
Clear and structured communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational and time-management skills across parallel projects
Ability to work independently and drive decisions under uncertainty
Stakeholder management and conflict resolution
Ownership mindset and proactive risk identification
Nice to Have
Experience with WordPress-based projects
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Background in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
PMP, PSM, or equivalent certification
