We seek a Strong Middle PM/BA to join our team on a humanitarian transparency platform. This is a hybrid role combining project coordination with business analysis — the person will own both delivery management and requirements work within a cross-functional tech team.
🧙♂️ In This Role You Will
Manage project delivery: planning, sprint coordination, tracking progress, and removing blockers.
Gather, structure, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture needs and validate solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear specifications for the development team.
Maintain and prioritize the backlog; coordinate with engineers on scope and estimates.
Track risks, dependencies, and decisions; keep the team aligned.
Prepare reports and status updates for internal and client stakeholders.
Document your work and support knowledge sharing within the team.

👌 Role Requirements
3+ years of experience in a PM, BA, or combined PM/BA role on software projects.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog management.
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating outcomes into specs.
Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Linear, or similar).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams without deep technical background.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
⭐ Nice to Have:
Experience on projects involving data platforms, reporting, or dashboards.
Familiarity with NGO, humanitarian, or grant-funded project environments.
Experience writing technical documentation or API specs alongside developers.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles for requirements validation.
💻 Working Conditions:
Employment Type: Full-Time
This is a
fully remote position
with the entire team across Ukraine.
20 working days of paid vacation per year.
