Objective
Sloboda Studio is seeking a high-energy, proactive
Senior Project Manager
to drive delivery for our growing portfolio of SMB clients. We are looking for a "System Thinker" who goes beyond process management to take full
Ownership
of business outcomes. You will manage established accounts in domains like
Fintech, Healthcare, and Marketplaces
, while serving as a key driver in our
Presale
phase. We operate with a

, looking for a leader who understands that a roadmap is a tool for results, and who can navigate complex technical and business landscapes with autonomy and professional excellence.

Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership:
Take full responsibility for project results—not just processes—ensuring high standards of quality and timeline precision without needing external "pushes."
Strategic Presales:
Lead discovery and estimation phases to ensure a realistic scope and correct setup from the very start.
Business-Value Thinking:
Solve business problems rather than just shipping features; protect both the client’s interests and the team’s health through smart backlog management.
Stakeholder Diplomacy:
Communicate confidently with stakeholders and engineers alike, adapting your language and maintaining composure under pressure.
Account Growth:
Proactively identify upselling opportunities and mitigate risks to expand the company's footprint within projects.
Cultural Leadership:

Qualifications
3+ years
of experience in software development project management with a proven track record.
Systemic Thinking:
Ability to see the "big picture," identifying non-obvious links and risks across a complex system of project variables.
English Level:

Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
is mandatory for high-level negotiations and daily international collaboration.
Technical Literacy:
Deep understanding of software architecture and technical concepts to effectively challenge and validate team estimations. Technical background (software development, QA, etc.) is preferable.
Tooling & Innovation:
Proficiency in
Agile
methodologies and an interest in using
AI/LLM tools
to optimize management workflows.
Personal Traits:
High levels of proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to build trust-based relationships through honesty and reliability.
