We are at an inflection point. Revenue is growing, demand exceeds our current operating model, and too much of our day-to-day operations is run by a single person. The next phase of growth requires a real delivery organization, and building that organization is this job.
The role:
We are looking for a Senior Technical PM who will own our delivery system.
This is the architect role. You will build how we scope, staff, deliver, report, and expand client work.
You will take the judgment and patterns that currently live in the minds of our Head of Delivery and in the CEO, and turn them into documented systems, playbooks, dashboards, and repeatable processes that the whole company can operate from. By end of year, no single engagement should depend on a single person's institutional memory.
You will own 4 to 6 active AI/ML client engagements across the company. This role has a clear growth path to Head of Operations or Delivery Leadership as the company scales.
What you will do:
Own delivery process across 4 to 6 active AI/ML client engagements simultaneously
Build our first Delivery Blueprint v1 (Discovery > Scoping > Build > Deploy > Managed Services) with defined inputs, outputs, timelines, roles, templates, pricing bands, and QA gates for every stage
Run a weekly Decision Pattern Extraction process: These are learning sessions with our Head of Delivery and the CEO, to extract how we scope, prioritize, diagnose, decide architecture, price work, and manage people
Produce the BDS Playbook v1 and Head-of-Delivery Playbook v1 from those extractions
Turn our top 3 recurring use cases into named, priced products with clear delivery paths and reusable components
Build project tracking, delivery dashboards, and standard weekly client reporting formats
Manage client communications on status, risk, scope, and next steps
Write and refine SOWs, proposals, project plans, and scoping documents
Coordinate hiring pipelines and onboarding for new technical staff
Run quarterly business reviews with clients, show ROI, and identify scope expansion opportunities
Track delivery cost, contractor utilization, and gross margin by project
Build practical onboarding structures so new engineers ramp faster
Create the system that makes BDS scalable rather than dependent on two people
Required:
5+ years as a technical PM, delivery lead, or engagement manager in software, data, or AI/ML consulting
Proven experience running delivery on $3M to $10M or larger services organizations
You have built or rebuilt a delivery operating system, not just followed someone else's
Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, or equivalent)
Knowledge management ability: you can extract tacit knowledge from senior technical experts and turn it into process, templates, and documentation that others actually use
Ability to understand AI/ML engineering work and translate it into clear client-facing language
Strong experience with SOWs, scope management, QA processes, and delivery documentation
Experience with delivery dashboards, utilization reporting, or margin tracking at the project level
Product thinking: you recognize repeatable service patterns and can turn them into named, priced offerings
Strong English- you will be on calls with US Fortune 500 clients
Experience managing distributed technical teams across time zones
High ownership and proactivity are a must. When something is unclear, you clarify it. When something is broken, you propose the fix.
Strong plus:
Direct experience with agentic AI, LLM applications, RAG systems, ML productionization, or analytics engineering delivery
Experience with PE-backed or enterprise clients in financial services, CPG, AI, or tech
Background hiring, evaluating, or onboarding technical contractors
You have worked in a small high-performing consultancy that was growing into operational maturity
Ukrainian language (most of our delivery team is Ukrainian)
