As an
Operations Manager / Project Manager (Email Marketing Team)
, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of an Email Marketing team, improving internal processes, and helping the team work in a more structured, efficient, and high-performing way. This role is focused on coordination, operational ownership, and solving team-level bottlenecks rather than making core marketing decisions.
You will work closely with the Unit Manager, Team Lead, and Email Marketing team members, and report to the Unit Manager / department leadership.
What You’ll Do
Support the day-to-day operational work of an Email Marketing team
Identify process gaps, coordination issues, and execution bottlenecks
Build and improve workflows, documentation, and internal team structure
Track team routines, deadlines, dashboards, and operational consistency
Help the team stay organized, resourced, and aligned
Support salary review / bonus calculation processes and internal tracking
Coordinate requests related to tools, access, services, and team needs
Act as a communication bridge between the team, manager, and related stakeholders
Collect feedback from the team and help turn it into clear next steps
Take ownership of local operational issues and independently drive them to resolution

Requirements
1+ year of experience in operations, project coordination, team support, marketing, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and ability to bring clarity into messy environments
High level of proactivity and independence
Ability to quickly understand new processes and solve problems without heavy onboarding
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with different stakeholders
Good analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers, dashboards, and tracking tables
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Interest in team operations, optimization, and management
English B1+
Readiness to work from the Warsaw office
Nice to Have
Experience in marketing teams, especially digital / performance / email marketing
Experience working with KPI-driven teams
Experience with Notion, Trello, Google Sheets, Slack, or similar tools
Experience improving processes, building documentation, or coordinating internal operations
Product Operations / Marketing Operations background
