Marketing Project Manager — Online School / Events (HVAC Niche)

We're a fast-growing company in the
HVAC industry
building a community and online school for contractors and business owners across the US market.
We're looking for a strong
Project Manager
who can own our entire events and community ecosystem — from weekly webinars to large-scale conferences — and run it without hand-holding.
What you'll own
Online School / Community
— coordinate content, participants, chats, engagement
Webinars & Workshops
— full cycle: planning, funnels, execution, follow-up
Community Management
— organizing members inside the school/community, segmenting participants into groups, managing onboarding, engagement, and communication flows
CRM & data
— ensure all leads and attendees flow correctly into GoHighLevel
What we're looking for
2+ years as a
Project Manager
— ideally in an online school, infobusiness, or edtech
or experience as a
producer / school manager
in an online education company
or PM background in an agency that worked with infobusiness clients
Strong understanding of how online communities and info-products work
Experience with webinar tools (StreamYard or similar), landing pages, email sequences
GoHighLevel experience — strong plus
Exceptional soft skills:
ownership mentality, structured thinking, proactive communication
Fluent English (written and spoken) + Ukrainian or Russian
You'll be measured on
Events executed on schedule
Webinar registration & attendance rates
Qualified leads generated from events
Community engagement and retention
Your ability to take tasks off leadership's plate — not add to it
