Project Manager

We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:
Full-time job;
Office-based in Kyiv.
Main responsibilities:
Managing game projects & our internal tools, including planning, execution, and control of project tasks
Ensuring effective resource allocation and meeting project deadlines
Creating all necessary documentation for the project: tech specs, design docs, etc.
Coordinating the work of developers, designers, and other project participants
Identifying and managing project risks and resolving issues in a timely manner
Ensuring high product quality and successful achievement of project objectives
Managing stakeholders: overseeing communication and expectations of all project stakeholders
Reporting to management on project progress
Our ideal candidate:
At least 2 years of experience in project management (Game development) or similar positions
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Understanding of mobile product metrics
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of self-organization and ability to multitask
Nice to have:
Experience in game development will be an advantage
