We are looking for a
self-driven IT Project Manager
with strong technical expertise, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple small to medium-sized projects in a
fast-paced, startup environment

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Delivery
Own the full project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and post-implementation review.
Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Manage scope, timelines and resources to deliver projects on time.
Drive projects forward with a sense of urgency, ensuring no delays in execution.
Technical Expertise
Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve roadblocks.
Leverage strong technical knowledge to make informed decisions and challenge assumptions.
Ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that meet technical and business requirements.

High-Paced Collaboration
Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across departments.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations in a fast-moving environment.
Foster a collaborative, startup mindset where adaptability and innovation are encouraged.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving
Anticipate and address potential risks and obstacles with speed and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing IT projects in high-growth or startup environments.
Strong understanding of AI tools and practical experience working with them.
Strong technical knowledge in areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and implement effective solutions.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Trello).
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
