This is part-time position.

What you will do:
Build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards from real business requirements
Design and optimize semantic models with DAX
Set up Power BI Service: workspaces, refreshes, row-level security, incremental refresh
Connect Power BI to SQL databases, BigQuery, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and dataflows
Document KPI logic clearly so clients understand the numbers
Communicate with clients to translate business questions into reports

Required Skills:
Strong Power BI Desktop experience
Strong DAX
Power Query / M
Semantic model design
Power BI Service: refresh setup, troubleshooting, deployment
Row-level security
Performance optimization
Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources
Ability to structure reports around business questions, not just charts
Clear KPI documentation
English skills (B1-B2), both written & spoken

Bonus Skills:
Incremental refresh setup
BigQuery or Azure SQL experience
Looker Studio or Tableau exposure
Understanding of data warehousing principles
Light scripting (Python / DAX Studio)

Important!
You must be able to showcase 2-4 past Power BI projects - ideally your most complex semantic models or visually impressive dashboards. Be ready to walk us through DAX decisions, performance choices, and the business impact.
Hourly rate - 25-35$.
