TMetric started as a powerful yet simple time tracking solution, serving companies, agencies, consultants, and freelancers. Today, we are rapidly expanding beyond time tracking into Payroll, Billing & Invoicing, helping businesses seamlessly convert tracked time into invoices, streamline client billing, and simplify payroll calculations.
With seamless cross-platform accessibility (web, desktop, and mobile) and a strong market presence, we are scaling TMetric to become the go-to tool for time tracking, payroll, and financial workflow automation.

You will become part of a dynamic team of professionals who are deeply passionate about our product. Our team consists of a Head of TMetric, Product Owner, three QA Engineers, two Designers, a Technical Writer, three JavaScript Developers, two .NET Developers, a Software Architect, a .NET Team Lead, and a Customer Support Specialist — each playing a pivotal role in driving our success. Together, we cover the full software development lifecycle and uphold the highest standards at every stage of our product’s evolution.
Impact you will make

This is a six-month full-time contract
engagement for a Markup Developer, focused on building and maintaining CMS-driven pages, primarily within the Umbraco ecosystem.
You will work on content-driven pages, landing pages, blog pages, marketing pages, and reusable CMS components, ensuring they are responsive, easy to maintain, and aligned with TMetric’s visual standards.
In this role, you will transform design mockups into clean, responsive HTML/CSS interfaces, develop reusable content blocks for the CMS, and support the improvement of CMS templates, component structure, and content editing experience.
Experience with Umbraco is preferred; experience with other block-based CMS platforms is also welcome.
You will:
Transform design mockups into clean, responsive, and high-quality HTML/CSS interfaces.
Ensure pixel-perfect implementation while maintaining usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Build and maintain CMS-based page templates and reusable content components, primarily within Umbraco.
Develop reusable content blocks for the CMS, including responsive frontend implementation, editor configuration, and content editing experience.
Work with ASP.NET Razor views and CMS template structures to ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable markup implementation.
Adapt markup for landing pages, blog pages, marketing pages, and other content-driven website sections.
Build and evolve a scalable library of reusable markup and CMS components.
Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and content/marketing stakeholders to ensure CMS pages are flexible, reusable, and easy to update.
Identify and resolve responsiveness, compatibility, and performance issues across devices and browsers.
Support improvements to markup standards, CMS structure, frontend best practices, and delivery workflows.
Skills we are looking for

4+ years of experience in frontend or markup development, preferably in a product or SaaS environment.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
Experience building responsive, cross-browser compatible interfaces.
Experience working with
at least one template engine syntax
such as DTL, Pug, Pebble, ERB, Twig, Liquid, Handlebars, or ASP.NET Razor (Razor is highly preferred).
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility challenges and best practices for addressing them.
Experience working with CMS-based websites;
hands-on experience with Umbraco will be a strong advantage.
Ability to create flexible markup that works well with dynamic content managed through a CMS.
Experience supporting marketing websites, landing pages, blog pages, or other content-driven web properties.
Familiarity with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript and Git.
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue for effective collaboration with frontend teams.
Ability to collaborate with designers and backend developers, suggest UI/UX improvements, and ensure technical feasibility of design solutions.
