About the project
We are staffing a consulting engagement set in a
German public-sector / governmental environment
. Because of the official context,
working German language skills are mandatory
. The engagement runs primarily as a
near-shore delivery model
, with approximately
5–10% onsite work
reserved for onboarding and regular coordination meetings.
Your role
As a network consultant, you will support the
full delivery lifecycle — from requirements management through design, implementation support, and testing
— operating across network, enterprise, and software architecture contexts.
Core skill (must-have)
IPv6 networking expertise
— hands-on experience with design, addressing and planning, migration, and operations.
Additional skills (highly valued)
Cisco
networking technologies
NetBox
— IPAM / DCIM, network source of truth
NetBird
— WireGuard-based overlay / zero-trust networking
Ability to bridge
network, enterprise, and software architecture

Your profile
Proven track record as a network / IT consultant in complex environments
Comfortable operating in German-language, public-sector settings
Combines deep network expertise with a broader enterprise and software architecture understanding
