Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring 24/7 availability of global DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) services. You will support day-to-day operations, participate in migration initiatives, and contribute to maintaining a stable, secure, and scalable network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support enterprise DDI infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
Configure and troubleshoot DNS/DHCP servers
Manage DNS records, DHCP pools, and IP address allocation
Perform patching, upgrades, and system configurations
Participate in migration of legacy DDI environments to global platforms
Monitor systems using tools such as SolarWinds and ThousandEyes
Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve issues
Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence
Maintain documentation, knowledge base, and SOPs
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on DNS/DHCP changes
Support incident, problem, and change management processes
Provide regular operational status reports

Networking protocols & DNS security
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience with DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix (CLI)
Strong troubleshooting skills in DNS/DHCP environments
Good knowledge of IP networking and protocols
Experience working with ticketing systems
Experience in mixed OS environments (Windows & Linux)
