Skills:
5+ years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for internal users across macOS and Windows environments.
Analyze recurring support requests and turn them into documented processes, checklists, automations, or self-service solutions.
Build and maintain clear IT operations documentation, including runbooks, onboarding/offboarding flows, access management rules, hardware lifecycle processes, and incident response steps.
Manage hardware inventory, procurement, device preparation, software licenses, and equipment handover/return processes.
Administer Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, and other internal SaaS tools.
Perform basic administration of Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and related workflows.
Help reduce manual routine in the IT department by improving workflows, introducing automation, and organizing recurring tasks into clear systems.
Nice to have:
Experience designing or improving IT support processes in a growing company.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Bash, Python, or similar.
Experience configuring and operating MDM systems such as Mosyle, Kandji, Intune, or similar.
