About us
We are an international B2C iGaming company operating since 2020. We are looking for a Senior Retention Manager  to take ownership of user monetization and retention performance across Asian markets.
Responsibilities
Own and drive LTV, Redeposit, and Retention KPIs.
Develop and execute the overall retention strategy.
Design bonus systems and ensure their profitability.
Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, and player engagement initiatives.
Manage VIP retention strategy and high-value player segments.
Identify and eliminate bonus abuse and low-value user behavior.
Collaborate with Affiliate teams to evaluate traffic quality through LTV performance.
Build scalable retention processes and reporting frameworks.
Manage and mentor retention specialists if applicable.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in CRM / Retention within iGaming.
Proven track record of improving LTV, Redeposit, and retention metrics.
Deep understanding of bonus economics and player lifecycle management.
Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools.
Experience working with VIP segments.
Ability to take full ownership of business results.
English level: Upper-Intermediate+ or higher.
