We are an international B2C iGaming company operating since 2020. We are looking for a Middle Retention Manager who will be responsible for improving player retention, increasing redeposits, and maximizing customer value across Asian markets.
Responsibilities
Manage retention strategy for assigned player segments.
Develop and optimize CRM campaigns, automations, and bonus mechanics.
Monitor LTV, Redeposit, Churn, and engagement metrics.
Analyze player behavior and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Affiliate and VIP teams to improve traffic quality and retention performance.
Conduct A/B tests and optimize player journeys.
Build reports and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing within iGaming.
Strong understanding of LTV, ARPU, Redeposit, and Churn metrics.
Experience with CRM platforms and automated communication flows.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
English level: Upper-Intermediate+.
