About us
We are an international B2C iGaming company operating successfully since 2020. We are looking for a Junior CRM / Retention Manager to join our team and help improve player retention, engagement, and monetization across Asian markets.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing CRM campaigns and retention activities.
Support user segmentation and lifecycle management.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Help optimize bonus offers and promotional activities.
Analyze player behavior and identify retention opportunities.
Work closely with VIP, Affiliate, and Product teams.
Support CRM automations and communication flows.
Requirements
6 months – 2 years of experience in CRM, Retention, Marketing, Customer Success, or iGaming.
Basic understanding of retention metrics and customer lifecycle.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
English level: Intermediate+.
Experience in iGaming will be a plus.
