Requirements:
Strong Modern C++
Experience building efficient, reliable systems
Concurrency / Multithreading
Memory & Performance Optimization
Linux (user-space; system-level is a plus)
Experience designing scalable systems
Understanding of latency / reliability / throughput trade-offs
Ability to make technical decisions independently
Profiling and performance optimization
Strong debugging skills
Unit and integration testing
