Role Summary
We are looking for a Junior E-commerce Project Manager to support the delivery of Shopify design and development projects for international clients. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in e-commerce and digital project management.
You will work closely with designers, developers, and senior project managers, gaining hands-on experience while learning how to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership:
Support and gradually take full ownership of Shopify design and development projects as you master the agency’s workflow.
Client Relations:
Start by shadowing client calls and managing daily updates, eventually growing into the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international brands.
Team Coordination:
Support coordination between design, development, and QA teams to help keep everyone aligned.
Quality Assurance:
Support QA by reviewing features from a “client perspective” before delivery.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain project briefs, timelines, and status updates.
Progress Tracking:
Monitor project timelines and hours (Toggl), proactively flagging any obvious deviations or delays to senior team members for support.
Continuous Learning:
Deep-dive into the Shopify ecosystem with our mentorship, mastering the platform’s admin settings, logic, and latest e-commerce trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
0–2 years in project coordination, account management, or a digital agency environment.
Communication:
Good written and verbal English skills (B2 level). You can explain "the why" behind a technical decision to a non-technical client.
Adaptability:
A "figure-it-out" mindset. You’re comfortable navigating a an agency environment.
E-commerce Interest:
A basic understanding of the e-commerce landscape and/or the Shopify ecosystem.
Organization:
Strong time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Would be a plus (but not a deal-breaker):
Experience working with Shopify (admin, themes, or apps)
Previous experience with an e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce).
Basic understanding of SEO or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Jira for task tracking. Toggl for time tracking.
Communication:
Slack (internal) and Zoom/Google Meet (client-facing).
Design & Docs:
Figma (viewing/commenting) and Confluence/Notion/Google Workspace.
