About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Middle React Developer to join our growing engineering team. You'll take ownership of building and maintaining complex React applications, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to our technical architecture decisions. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality React components and applications
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-facing features
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers
Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Participate in architectural discussions and technical planning
Debug complex issues and implement robust solutions
Contribute to documentation and best practices
Required Skills
3-5 years of professional React development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Deep understanding of React hooks, context API, and state management (Redux/Zustand/Mobx)
Experience with REST APIs and modern web standards
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
Nice to have
Experience with Next.js or other React meta-frameworks
Knowledge of CSS-in-JS solutions or modern CSS tooling
Familiarity with GraphQL
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Open source contributions or side projects demonstrating expertise
