is a software company specializing in trading technology solutions for regulated brokers and trading firms. The company provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products designed to support electronic trading, brokerage operations, risk management, and financial data analysis.
We are looking for a
Middle Product Manager
with product experience (
preferably fintech
), who has an
analytical mindset, attention to details
and
excellent communication
skills. An engineering background or technical/mathematical education would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
Prioritize and groom Jira backlog to maximize the value delivered to users with each release.
Gather and document requirements, break down tasks, plan, coordinate and control product development across teams.
Facilitate Scrum events.
Work with the development team to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
Do presentations and report progress.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams on architecture and implementation decisions, ensuring alignment with product goals and scalability requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine the product vision and strategy.
Proactively collect, visualize and analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Identify new opportunities for innovation and optimization of the product.
Do sanity testing in production.
Work with QA team on identifying use cases, edge cases and best ways to test the product.
Work with Support teams to troubleshoot and solve incidents.
Write product documentation.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
Requirements preparation.
Software development planning.
Proficiency in writing product documentation focused on details.
Strong understanding of
Scrum
methodology.
Strong presentation skills, ability to explain product details clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer research.
Conducting sanity checks.
Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving and time-management skills.
Adaptability and change management.
Intermediate+ level of English.
Nice to Have
Collaboration with UI/UX designers (focused on desktop).
Understanding of desktop development nuances.
General knowledge and
understanding of financial markets and trading
.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills through clear reasoning and influence.
Systems thinking, understanding of mathematical logic
.
