We are seeking a
Senior Product Manager to lead.
This role is critical to our platform's expansion and optimization, working directly with company leadership to drive product roadmap decisions while managing a specialized technical team responsible for building and maintaining integrations with major advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and translate business requirements from company ownership into actionable product specifications
Define and execute product strategy for ad network integrations and channel expansion
Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, data science, and business development teams
Lead and mentor a specialized integration team of engineers and QA professionals
Set team priorities, manage sprint planning, and ensure delivery excellence
Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the integration team
Product Development Priorities
Primary Focus:
Automate existing channel integrations to enable seamless two-way data synchronization
Optimize current integrations for improved data accuracy and real-time reporting capabilities
Streamline integration processes to reduce manual intervention and improve scalability
Secondary Focus:
Identify and prioritize new high-value advertising channels for integration
Lead technical evaluation and implementation of new platform partnerships
Expand market reach through strategic channel additions
Technical Oversight
Define technical requirements and API specifications for channel integrations
Create comprehensive product documentation and visual schematics for integration architectures
Ensure data integrity and compliance standards across all integrated platforms
Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce time-to-market for new integrations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience in adtech, programmatic advertising, or related fields
Deep, hands-on understanding of major advertising networks including:
Paid social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
API integrations and data synchronization protocols
Experience with marketing automation platforms and attribution modeling
AI-first mentality, strong interest in the emerging technologies, willingness to learn, adapt, and use AI tools to build portotypes, monitoring tools, and otherwise use them to aid both your and the teams' goals.
Proven track record managing technical teams and complex integration projects
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven product decisions
Understanding of advertising technology ecosystem and data flow
Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and real-time data processing
Familiarity with advertising platform APIs and their capabilities/limitations
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Collaborative leadership style with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
Deep understanding of programmatic advertising channels (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges)
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industry marketing
Understanding of healthcare professional targeting and compliance considerations
Familiarity with NPI data and healthcare professional identification systems
Background in automation technologies and AI agent development/implementation
Experience building or managing intelligent automation workflows and AI-driven processes
