RealEstateBees is a product-driven B2B SaaS company in the Real Estate & Lead Generation space.
We operate in the US market, helping real estate investors connect with motivated homeowners, and we’re building an ecosystem of products and services for real estate professionals.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our Saas platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce or real estate products and a proven track record of delivering user-centric, data-driven solutions.
You will be responsible for:
Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Platform growth
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user discovery to identify opportunities
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
Own the full product lifecycle: from ideation and development to launch and optimization
Analyze product performance and user behavior to drive continuous improvement
Prioritize features and manage backlog based on business goals and user needs
Ensure seamless user experience for both supply and demand sides of the marketplace
Who we are looking for:
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce or real estate marketplaces
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics (liquidity, supply/demand balance, funnels)
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
Proficiency in data analysis and product metrics (e.g., conversion, retention, LTV)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively
Nice to Have:
Experience with international markets
Background in UX/UI or analytics tools (e.g., GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
Familiarity with payment systems, listings, or booking flows
