We are looking for a
strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager
to drive growth across funnels, improve monetization, and align product experience with user expectations across multiple markets.
As a
PMM at Growity Tech
, you will own the full user journey — from acquisition to purchase and retention. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to launch experiments, optimize conversion, and scale what works.
What’s required:
2+ years of experience in
Product Marketing / Growth / Monetization
Strong
analytical thinking
Understanding of
funnel metrics and subscription economy
Experience working with
paid traffic products
Experience running
A/B tests
Ability to define hypotheses and measure impact
Comfortable working with
dashboards and CR analysis
What you’ll do:
Own funnel optimization across traffic sources
Analyze CR by stage (Start → Paywall → Checkout → Purchase)
Run monetization experiments (upsell, pricing, cancel flows)
Align product experience with marketing promises
Launch and validate new funnels
Work on LTV growth initiatives
Collaborate with dev & QA teams on implementation
Work with localized funnels
Support email & retargeting flows from the product side
Conduct market, competitor and audience research to generate growth hypotheses
Nice-to-have:
Experience with
mobile subscription products
Experience with
funnel builders
Experience running
pricing and geo experiments
Knowledge of
LTV modeling
Background in
EdTech
