RESPONSIBILITIES
Create accurate and detailed architectural drawings (sales plans) using Revit and/or AutoCAD
Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes
Convert architectural plans into clear, high-quality sales documentation following company standards
Ensure all drawings adhere to established specifications, guidelines, and naming conventions
Organize and maintain digital drawing files for easy access and version control
Collaborate with internal teams across different time zones to align on project goals and updates
Deliver high-quality work within set deadlines, demonstrating reliability and consistency
Independently manage workload while maintaining attention to detail and precision in all outputs

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in architectural drafting using
Revit
and/or
AutoCAD
Advanced proficiency in
Revit
and/or
AutoCAD
for creating detailed architectural drawings
Strong understanding of
architectural drawing standards
and technical documentation
Ability to interpret and convert architectural designs into high-quality sales plans
Experience implementing revisions and maintaining drawing accuracy throughout iterations
Solid organizational skills with experience managing digital files and adhering to naming conventions
Comfortable working with
remote collaboration tools
and cloud-based file sharing systems
Reliable
internet connection
and a well-equipped
home office setup
Proficient in
written and verbal English
for clear communication across global teams

Preferred Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field
Familiarity with
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
concepts
Experience working on
international or cross-border projects
Knowledge of additional drafting or visualization tools is a plus
