Responsibilities:
Handle written communication with clients and respond promptly to their requests.
Collaborate with the product team to effectively resolve user inquiries
Work with the website admin panel functionality, update and verify data
Process user payments, track and monitor their status
Manage large volumes of information, including regular monitoring of messages in internal work chats and channels
Requirements:
1+ year of work experience
Understanding of how the Steam platform operates and knowledge of CS2 trading mechanics
Strong customer focus and willingness to help users
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Ability to quickly absorb and process large amounts of new information
