We are looking for a
Customer Support Specialist
to join our team and help deliver excellent service to our clients. This role is ideal for candidates who are starting their career and want to gain professional experience in an international fintech company.

In this role, you will communicate directly with clients, assist them with their requests, and develop practical skills in client communication, problem-solving, and fintech products.
From your first day, you will receive full training, structured onboarding, and continuous support from experienced team members.

Responsibilities
Provide client support in English through various communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Assist clients with their questions and provide clear and accurate information
Analyse client requests and provide effective and timely solutions
Resolve client issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow internal procedures and quality standards
Work with internal systems and collaborate with team members

Requirements
Upper Intermediate or higher English proficiency in written and spoken communication
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly
High level of responsibility and attention to detail
Stable internet connection for remote work
