Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
L1 Support Specialist
to join a payments operations team working with high-risk payment processing.
The role involves communication with merchant support teams and payment providers, handling transaction-related cases, and ensuring smooth operational workflows within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate via Telegram with merchant support representatives regarding problematic transactions
Communicate with payment provider support teams to resolve operational issues
Escalate complex or unusual cases to the Team Lead
Manage transactions in the admin panel (status updates, amount adjustments, etc.)
Monitor and support payment flow operations in a high-risk payment gateway environment
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of payment-related cases
Requirements
Experience in
payment operations / merchant support / payment aggregator support
(mandatory)
Basic understanding of how payment systems and transaction flows work
Strong attention to detail and responsibility
Ability to work in shift-based schedule (2/2, 12-hour shifts)
Written English B1+ level (mandatory)
Russian language proficiency (written communication required)
Experience in high-risk payment environments is a strong plus
Ability to work under pressure and handle operational tasks efficiently
