Flexifai is looking for a
Financial Operations Manager (Fin/Ops Manager)
to join our fast-growing fintech team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong financial and economic knowledge who is eager to work in a dynamic environment focused on
automation of financial and operational processes using ERP systems and AI tools

Main Responsibilities
Perform
daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational analytics
Prepare and maintain
analytical and management reports
for internal use
Calculate and process
payments to merchants and customers
Submit and track
settlement requests
with the financial department
Conduct
reconciliation with counterparties
, including payment providers and partners
Monitor operational data accuracy and financial flows
Participate in and lead
automation of financial and operational routines
Work with
ERP systems
and
AI tools
to optimize workflows and reporting
Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve efficiency and scalability
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of finance and economics
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Ability to
multitask
, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage priorities
Very good memory and structured thinking
Strong motivation to work in a
team-oriented, automation-focused environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Availability for
full-time work (minimum 40 hours per week)
Nice to Have (Strong Plus)
Experience in
fintech, payments, or financial operations
Hands-on experience with
ERP and/or CRM systems
Knowledge of
AI tools for automation or analytics
Degree (or ongoing studies) in
Economics, Finance, or a related field
Work Schedule
Working hours:
Minimum 40 hours per week
Schedule:
Flexible, by mutual agreement with the Manager
Overtime:
Overtime may be required to achieve specific goals and complete tasks
